What the Assessment Provides You With:
The Catalyst™ personalized learning platform acts as your home base for your DiSC® journey, providing real-time, bite-sized tips and strategies for adapting to colleagues. Learners gain access to:
Your DiSC Style – introducing the learner to their unique DiSC style and providing personalised insights.
Your Colleagues – Turns insights into action by connecting learners to their colleagues and offering real-time tips for more effective interactions.
Your Group – Combines DiSC with actionable group insights. Learners can create multiple groups representing the teams or projects they engaged in with their colleagues.
Access Their Applications – All learners will have access to their Workplace base experience and can be provided with access to Agile EQ and/or Management.
Download Their Profile - The report's contents depend on what applications the learner has access to within their Everything DiSC on Catalyst experience.
One profile is needed per person. The assessment takes 15-20 minutes to complete.
Accessing Everything DiSC® Worksmart Features
Worksmart features can be unlocked for any learner who has completed the Everything DiSC® Workplace base experience—no Agile EQ or Management add-ons are required. However, to enable these features, you’ll need access to a Catalyst Administrator module and an EPIC account.
Di5B can set up an EPIC account for you and provide the necessary EPIC credits (20 credits per learner) to allow your Catalyst Administrator to unlock the Worksmart modules.

What Happens When You Have Completed Your Order?
You will receive an email with a link and code to take the assessment for each profile that you have ordered from Support@Di5B.com. This email will be sent to the email address you entered during checkout.
You will need to forward the emails to your teammates when ordering multiple profiles. If you want to see their completed report, you will need to ask them to send their completed report to you.
