Everything DiSC® And The Five Behaviors® Certification
Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification and The Five Behaviors® Certification prepare practitioners to deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences. Both certifications offer practitioners a proven way to create a lasting impact on individual and organizational performance.
These intensive courses increase facilitator confidence and competence with engaging content on the principles of the DiSC® model or the Five Behaviors. They suggest strategies for delivering a customised learning experience and give insights for navigating challenging classroom scenarios.
Participants will not only gain the credentials and expertise needed to deliver Everything DiSC Workplace or The Five Behaviors but also gain the skills needed to help foster an engaged, collaborative culture knowledgeable in the language of these solutions.
Both are two-week courses combining live, instructor-led sessions with self-guided online learning.
Participants have access to Wiley’s online training centre, connecting them to the course content they can continue accessing as a resource after the course concludes.
Upon successfully completing the course work (including a score of 80% or above on the final Certification exam), participants will earn the Everything DiSC® or The Five Behaviors® Certified Practitioner credential.
Wiley is a SHRM® Recertification Provider, so participants are also eligible to earn 15 SHRM professional development credits (PDCs) from the Society for Human Resource Management upon completion.

Familiarise themselves with the full Five Behaviors solution portfolio: Team Development and Personal Development. Participants will learn about the range of Five Behaviors offerings and how each addresses distinct team and individual needs.

Explore how to build, customise, and deliver impactful Five Behaviors learning experiences. Participants will learn to tailor Five Behaviors workshops, adapt activities, and address specific team challenges for transformative outcomes.

Practice facilitation techniques while receiving feedback from peers in a supportive environment. Participants will hone their facilitation skills through practice sessions and gain valuable insights from peers and experienced facilitators.

This course is intended for internal Human Resources or Learning and Development professionals who want to develop a deeper level of expertise in Everything DiSC Workplace and customise Everything DiSC to meet the needs of your organisation.

While certification is not a requirement to bring Everything DiSC Workplace to your organisation, completing a certification course signifies a proven level of capability and expertise in Everything DiSC profiles and research.

Participants learn from Wiley’s expert trainers to develop deeper knowledge and expertise in the Everything DiSC model, gain experience with the Everything DiSC Workplace assessment and profile results, and create strategies to navigate challenging scenarios that might arise in a workshop or coaching session.

For Everything DiSC Essentials, simply purchase the product, and you receive an email confirming the date you will be enrolled on the course.

For Everything DiSC and Five Behaviors Certification, select your preferred training date and provide this when you purchase the certification.

Once purchased, we will confirm the requested date or let you know which other course dates are available. You will then receive a booking confirmation.

Typically, the Friday before the first live session begins, you will receive access to the Wiley online training centre, where you will begin the self-direct learning by preparing for this first live session.

You will also have the option to purchase the Everything DiSC Workplace® or The Five Behaviors® facilitation kit. Once purchased, you will receive a link to download all the material.
