  • Recognizing the Buying Styles—This personalized view helps you recognize some of the behaviors that identify customers of each DiSC style.

  • Adapting to Different Customers—Now that you recognize your priorities and know what motivates different types of customers, consider how you can adapt your behavior to get the most out of the sales process.
