How the administration process works

 

Your administrator emails each participant with a link to the online questionnaire. EPIC provides a template to make the customisation of emails simple.

Participants complete their profiles using a unique access code generated by the EPIC system. The assessment takes 15-20 minutes to complete.

The administrator may allow participants to view their results immediately or withhold them for later distribution, such as their learning experience workshop.

There is a simple optional batch upload spreadsheet available to issue profile emails.

What happens when you have purchased your administrator's account?

We will set up your EPIC account and apply the EPIC credits to cover the number of profiles you have ordered (25 credits per profile for the English version). When ordered Monday through Friday, this manual setup may take up to 24 hours to complete. Orders placed on weekends will be prioritised for the start of the new working week.

Once your account is created, you will receive an email from Support@Di5B.com with login details and instructions on how to use it.

In the future, you can buy EPIC credits to redeem within your account for additional Everything DiSC or Five Behaviors profiles and reports.
